Course Overview

The Practical Project Management Mastery course is a dynamic and immersive two-day programme, designed to equip learners with practical, hands-on problem-solving skills in the realm of project management. The course will also cover transferable skills, CV writing, job-searching, all specific to project management.

This course goes beyond traditional theoretical approaches and focuses on real-world practical scenarios, allowing participants to work together to apply their knowledge immediately. The course content is carefully crafted to complement and enhance the skills acquired in qualifying courses such as PRINCE2 or APM, providing a comprehensive and practical learning experience.

Initially, delivery is by way of presentations and discussions covering an overview of the project management environment i.e. end to end project stages, governance and monitoring & control. The course moves to practical problem-solving scenarios where learners will, with assistance, work collaboratively, using recognised project management methodologies and present their solutions for each task.

This course is specifically designed for those wishing to go into project management and ideally have already gained a recognised project management qualification. It will also be of interest to those who may not yet be qualified.
